Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days for apparel products like t-shirts and onesies and 2–5 business days for non-apparel items like posters. Personalized items may require additional processing time for customization.

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 3–4 business days
  • Canada: 6–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your item ships.

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@littlesharks.ca with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination and will be shown at checkout.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Many of our nursery art prints offer personalization options, such as adding your child’s name or birthdate. Simply fill in the personalization fields available on each product page.

How should I care for my clothing?

To preserve the softness and quality of your garment, we recommend washing inside out in cold water, and hanging or laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the print.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalized prints are made uniquely for each customer, and therefore cannot be resold.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with the personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
